Problem-free equipment operation is critical to maintaining optimal production yield and quality for common metalworking processes such as stamping and welding. If something goes wrong with the equipment, or if the equipment unexpectedly fails, a large amount of output may have to be scrapped, or production shut down completely, resulting in significant losses. To address these issues, Good Tech Instruments and ADLINK Technology have co-created a cost-effective solution for metal processing equipment monitoring with pre-trained artificial intelligence (AI) models that can be immediately up and running and able to predict developing problems in the equipment and prevent unexpected failures in metalworking processes.
